Motorola DROID RAZR EB20 Battery SNN5899A Now Back In Stock

Posted

We are happy to announce that the Motorola Droid Razr EB20 Internal Battery is now back in stock.

We have been receiving numerous calls from customers who have accidentally ripped out their internal EB20 batteries from their phone, damaging the flex cable attaching the battery to the phone. Unfortunately once the flex cable is damaged there is no way to repair it and a new battery must be installed.

The good news is that we now have the SNN5899A battery in stock and ready to install. All you have to do is purchase the Motorola EB20 battery and send your Droid Razr to us and we'll take care of the rest.

We've had many calls from customers asking to purchase this battery and perform the installation themselves! It is a very reasonable request and up until recently we have made exceptions and sold a few of these batteries to DIY customers. Unfortunately we are no longer able to sell any original Motorola level 2 parts without performing the installation at our facility.

It is very important that our customers understand the reason why! This is not a way for us to try and make more profit. As a matter of fact we have not only reduced the price of the battery, but we have reduced the price of our installation service by more than half. It was recently brought to our attention that per our agreement with Motorola we are not allowed to sell these parts without installation. These parts are required to be installed by a Motorola authorized technician. In order to abide by the contract we have agreed to and keep our Motorola authorized status we must perform the installation at our nationwide repair facility.

Thank you for you understanding and support and we look forward to getting your Motorola Droid Razr up and running again.
