Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for your order to be processed and shipped, regardless of the shipping method chosen. International orders being shipped to countries outside of the United States will require additional time to process. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all products on hand, occasionally we may run out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you via e-mail.
All products are insured only up to the amount charged to the customer at time of purchase. Cell phones sent to us for repair are shipped back to the customer insured only for the total amount paid for parts and services paid to us. Additional shipping insurance must be requested in writing and we will try to accommodate all requests. We take all precautions necessary to avoid any damage or loss related to shipping, but unfortunately accidents beyond our control do happen from time to time. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier as soon as a problem is reported regarding your shipment. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to take care of any package handling problems.
