SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Once you have purchased the appropriate cellphone repair service, follow the instructions below to mail your phone.

Preparing Your Cellphone to Ship

Include Only The Following Items:

  1. Phone
  2. Battery
  3. Battery Door Back Cover
  4. Order Confirmation Copy of the Order Receipt that is emailed to you immediately after processing your cellphone repair / diagnostic service. This includes your order details as well as your contact information so it is very important the receipt makes it into the package you send to us.
  5. Disable Lock Code If you have the user password feature enabled on your phone which requires you to enter your security code each time you access your phone, please disable it. Our technicians need to be able to access the phone in order to perform a full diagnostic before and after the phone is repaired. If you are not able to disable the lock, then simply provide us with the lock code or pattern lock. If you have a pattern lock, simply draw the pattern on your Order Receipt included with the phone.

DO NOT Include The Following Items:

In order to keep things clutter free and prevent unnecessary items from getting lost,
It is very important that you DO NOT SEND the following items:

  • Charger
  • SIM card
  • SD card
  • Stylus
  • Original box your cellphone came in (the box the phone is shipped in is discarded upon receipt)
  • Any other accessories

Please note: We cannot guarantee that you will receive these items back if they are sent with the phone.

Information about Phone Data before You Ship

Before shipping your cellphone to us, please make a backup of all the data on your phone such as the phonebook, third party software, pictures, ringtones, text messages, games and more. Although it is highly unlikely that information will be lost when performing repairs on your cellphone, there are some rare cases where information does get lost.

If you do not have the proper tools to perform a backup of your cellphone’s important information or you simply do not have time to do so, we offer data backup service options with all repair services on our website.

Choose A Shipping Carrier

There are many shipping carriers available to use depending on your location.

Choose whichever shipping carrier you feel most comfortable with. There are also many small shipping stores placed throughout the nation as well as many big box companies such as Office Depot and Staples that now offer shipping services.

Note: We recommend that you purchase the option for tracking and insurance through any shipping carrier you choose. We will not be responsible for any equipment lost or damaged during shipping.

Correspondence with Our Cellphone Repair Shop

It is important that you keep a copy of your purchase receipt for your records in the event that you need to contact us. When contacting cellphone repair shop about your order, please reference the Order ID Number. The Order ID Number also needs to be included in the subject line of all email correspondence with our company.  

Cellphone Repair Warranty

We provide a 30 day warranty on all cellphone repairs conducted by our company. The warranty starts the day your cellphone ships from our repair facility and is limited to the specific repair performed on the phone.

The following will not be covered under Warranty:

  • Liquid Damage
  • Tampering with the cellphone
  • Abuse
