Payment Methods
Ordering from Cellphone-Repair-Shop.com is easy, safe and secure.  All orders are processed through our secure online store and your credit card and banking information is never saved anywhere on our online store.  We have teamed up with Paypal, the largest and safest most reputable payment processor in the US to make sure that your payment information is always safe and secure.  All payment transactions are processed using Paypal.  You are NOT required to have a Paypal account to pay for your purchase.  At the end of your purchase you will be forwarded to Paypals site to pay for your purchase. You can either login to your Paypal account and use one of the payment methods available in your Paypal account or you can simply choose to pay using one of the most popular credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and more.

All images displayed on this site are for reference purposes only.  The image picture may not necessarily be of the exact product, part or accessory.  Be sure to pay close attention to the specific details of the product description and never solely purchase a product based on the picture assigned to it.  We are constantly adding and updating images on the site and from time to time errors may be made in assigning the correct picture to a specific product.  Be sure to pay close attention to the product description and do not make a purchase purely based on the images assigned to the item.

Cell Phone Repair Warranty
All Cell Phone Repairs carry a 30 day warranty from the day the phone ships from repair facility.  Warranty is limited to the specific repair performed.  Liquid damage and abuse voids all warranty.

Order Cancellation
We want you to be happy with your purchase.  You may cancel all or part of your order at any time, if your order has not yet been processed.  Cell phone repair and unlocking service purchases may be cancelled within 60 days of the original purchase date if not processed.  All cancellation requests must be in writing.  Please allow sufficient time for the order cancellation request to be processed.

Return Policy
Regularly stocked products may be returned within seven days of receipt only if they are in original packaging, uncut and unmodified for store credit less any shipping, handling and/or processing charges.  20% restocking fee applies to all returns. All Repair parts and electronic components such as LCD, Keyboard, Flex Cable, Microphone and Speaker just to name a few are non-returnable.  Any damage to products received must be reported immediately so that a claim can be processed through shipping carrier.  All products are tested and quality controlled prior to shipping so be assured that when you receive your merchandise they will be in good working condition.

Cell Phone Repair & Replacement Parts
Our Return Policy is strictly enforced, especially concerning repair and replacement cell phone parts.  We do not accept any Part returns, so please be sure to find out all you can about a part prior to purchasing it. Parts do NOT come with or include any installation tools or instructions.

Order Processing & Handling
Please allow a minimum of 24 and up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding weekends. International orders may require additional time to process.  Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all products on hand, occasionally we may run out of certain items.  If we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you via e-mail.

All products are insured only up to the amount charged to the customer at time of purchase.  Cell phones sent to us for repair are shipped back to the customer insured only for the total amount paid for parts and services paid to us.  Additional shipping insurance must be requested in writing and we will try to accommodate all requests.  We take all precautions necessary to avoid any damage or loss related to shipping, but unfortunately accidents beyond our control do happen from time to time.  A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier as soon as a problem is reported regarding your shipment.  We will work closely with the shipping carrier to take care of any package handling problems.
